1. Enquiry

Simply email your request for a free, no obligation quote via my contact page. Alternatively upload your files for transcription straight away here via WeTransfer. You can also email me your own links to stream audio or video on the net.

2. Confirmation

After enquiry, I will contact you by email or phone to confirm receipt, say hello, and gather any further information. You will then be sent a quote, along with an engagement letter for the work. Once you have accepted the provided quote with an expected completion time, and returned the engagement agreement, we will begin work. A further breakdown of pricing is available on request.

3. Task Processing

As soon as I receive any necessary copy/files to work with, and once processing/transcription is complete, your work will be checked, proof read, and edited for accuracy.

4. Completed documents

You will be sent email notification when your newly created, edited, or transcribed document/s are available.

5. Submit your payment

A final email will be sent with an invoice for payment, on 7-day payment terms. Fees are based on minutes of audio or video submitted for transcription, or per hour for editing. 

I accept payment via BACS (national and international).
